Alberto Matteazzi
Chartered accountant and Statutory Auditor
Dr. Alberto Matteazzi, born in 1962, obtained a degree in Economics at the University of Verona in 1986 and a degree in law at the University of Bologna in 1990.
He has been enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Vicenza since 1988, in the Register of Technical Consultants of the Court of Vicenza and in the Register of Experts at the Court of Vicenza.
He works as an auditor in some municipalities and other public Entities and as bankruptcy trustee and judicial commissioner at the Court of Vicenza.
He acted as a speaker in the course for bankruptcy trustees organized by the Odcec and the Vicenza Legal Association and was appointed as speaker by the University of Verona in the course for trainee chartered
accountants.
He is the author of an essay entitled "Bankruptcy agreement vs arrangement with creditors".
He has been a speaker at conferences on business crisis organized by Wolters Kluwer.
E’ mediatore civile presso l’Organismo di Mediazione di Made in Vicenza, azienda speciale di CCIIA Vicenza, nonché presso ODCEC Vicenza.
E’ arbitro in materia civile iscritto presso la Camera arbitrale della CCIAA di Vicenza.
Ricopre attualmente i seguenti incarichi:

Curatore di Liquidazioni Giudiziali, Curatore Fallimentare, Commissario Giudiziale, CTU presso il Tribunale di Vicenza, nonché di Liquidatore Giudiziale presso il Tribunale delle Imprese di Venezia;

Emeli Meggiolaro graduated in Political Science at the University of Padua.
She is registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Vicenza and in the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2004.
She carries out corporate and tax consultancy, advisory in extraordinary transactions, consultancy in the drafting of financial statements, analysis and tax planning and consultancy in corporate law.
Since 2011 she has been a member of the Study Commission for Indirect Taxes and VAT at the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Vicenza.

She previously gained professional experience in a well-known law and tax firm based in Verona, in commercial and corporate law, with particular regard to the business crisis.
